All Club Members can expect to be treated with courtesy and respect by fellw Members.
Members have the right to conduct private conversations with other Club Members in designated
areas of the Club. However, they may not ask other individuals to remove themselves from an area.
Members must also ask permission to sell arts and crafts at the Club. Soliciting or panhandling on
Club premises is strictly forbidden
All Members have equal rights, and no Member has the right to "boss" others around.
All Members may use the TV room, the pool table and participate in other activities while on Club
property. However, any and all CIub sponsored activities shall have priority.
Members may freely express their opinions provided such is done in a socially acceptable manner.
Complaints by members must be submitted in writing to the Board of Directors. If a member is
intoxicated or act inappropriately, he/she may be asked to leave. A member is anyone who appears
on the posted membership list, has 30 days of sobriety, has completed and submitted a membership
application along with the initiation fee and 1st_month_dues. A person who has submitted a
membership application and is awaiting approval by the Board is considered a future Member and is
welcome to use the Club while awaiting official approval by the Board. However, until an applicant is
approved, a prospective member has limited rights.
If there is an incident, the Member must submit written documentation to the Board outlining the
exact situation explaining in detail why a future member was asked to leave.
The Secretary is responsible for removing the names of Members from the roster if they are not
current with their dues.

The 2025 annual membership meeting is scheduled for the second Tuesday of April, April 8th. @6pm
All Alano Club members are encouraged to attend to elect new officers and to vote on a change to our by-laws.
Food and beverages will be provided.
